Mutton <br />8 cloves of Garlic, 1 ½” ginger and 10 spicy green chillies ground to a paste <br />7-8 tbsp. Ghee <br />1” Cinnamon <br />5 Green cardamoms <br />10 Cloves <br />10 Peppercorns <br />2 Bay leaves <br />3 Onions finely chopped <br />3 tbsp. Split Chickpea, Split Green Gram and Split Red Gram each boiled with turmeric <br />½ litre Thick coconut milk <br />1 tsp. Turmeric powder <br />5 tbsp. Ghee <br />Salt, to taste <br /> <br /> <br />Method:- <br />1. Heat ghee and add whole spices, onions and sauté until the onions turn pink and soft. <br />2. Then add ginger-garlic-chilli paste and sauté. <br />3. Add mutton and sauté on a high flame for 4-5 minutes and then add turmeric powder, water, salt and cook the meat. <br />4.
